Payment methods
Pay by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay the total shown on your order to the courier on delivery. COD has an additional charge, shown separately from standard delivery in checkout. Have the payable amount ready when the courier arrives.
Bank transfer
When bank transfer is available, checkout displays our bank name, account title, account number and payment instructions. Place the order, transfer the exact amount, then upload your payment receipt through the order confirmation page.
A receipt is evidence for review, not confirmation of payment. We verify the actual transfer before confirming payment and dispatching your order. Never share your banking password, PIN or one-time passcode.
Your payable total
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Checkout displays the items, delivery charge, any COD charge and total before you place the order. Bank transfer does not attract the COD surcharge.
Payment problems
If you paid the wrong amount, uploaded the wrong receipt, or need help finding your order confirmation, contact us with the order number and transaction reference. Contact customer care.
