Shipping & delivery
Delivery within Pakistan, with charges shown before you place your order.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery: PKR 350 per order, for both COD and bank transfer.
COD adds PKR 250 separately. Bank transfer has no COD surcharge.
Estimated delivery
Allow 3–5 working days after order confirmation. For bank transfers, this estimate starts after we verify payment. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Courier disruptions, weather or an incomplete address can cause delays; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery partner and address
We use TRAX for delivery. Provide a complete address, city and reachable phone number. Our team will contact you if the courier cannot serve your address. This website's standard checkout is for Pakistan; contact us before ordering for another country.
Tracking and missed delivery
Keep your confirmation link and order number. Contact customer care for tracking assistance or if you miss a courier attempt. Let us know promptly if your address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Parcel issues
If your parcel contains an incorrect or faulty item, keep its packaging and contact us with your order number and photos. Our return policy explains the next steps.
